A delicious salad with canned tuna does not take a long time to prepare. The recipe is simple and affordable. Such a salad can be used to decorate not only an everyday, but also a festive table.

It is necessary

  • For the salad:
  • - 100 grams of canned tuna,
  • - 1 cucumber,
  • - 2 eggs,
  • - 1 tomato,
  • - 12 lettuce leaves,
  • - parsley, dill, cilantro to taste.
  • For the sauce:
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive or any oil,
  • - lemon juice to taste,
  • - 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard,
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Salad ingredients for two servings. Rinse the cucumber, cut into small cubes. Rinse the tomato, dry with a paper towel and cut into cubes. Remove the liquid from the tomatoes, only elastic pieces are needed for the salad.

Step 2

Rinse the lettuce leaves and leave in cool water for about 15 minutes. Pat the lettuce leaves dry with paper towels or any other convenient method.

Step 3

Boil eggs for ten minutes, cool, peel, cut into cubes.

Step 4

For the sauce. Combine olive oil, mustard and lemon juice in a cup and season with salt to taste. You don't need to salt.

Step 5

Since the salad is portioned, put prepared lettuce leaves on each plate. If desired, the salad can be torn with your hands into arbitrary pieces - to taste. Lay out a circle with tomatoes, in the center of which put cucumbers. Pour the sauce over.

Step 6

Place prepared eggs on top of the cucumbers. Put the tuna on the eggs, you don't need to touch the tomatoes (it will be more beautiful this way). Sprinkle your favorite herbs over the prepared salad.
