It is necessary
- - chicken breast 200 g;
- - champignons (can be fresh or canned) 100 g;
- - eggs 2 pcs.;
- - fresh cucumber 1 pc.;
- - hard cheese (type Russian) 100 g;
- - mayonnaise;
- - salt, herbs to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast and cut into small pieces. You do not need to cook for a long time, as the breast can become tough.
Step 2
Champignons, finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown over medium heat. After frying, leave to cool completely.
Step 3
Rinse eggs and cook in boiling water for ten minutes. I try to use homemade eggs as they are the freshest and healthiest.
Step 4
Rinse the cucumber and cut into strips. Add to salad bowl. Fresh cucumbers can be replaced with pickles.
Step 5
Grate the cheese. Mix all ingredients and add mayonnaise. Salt and add herbs to taste.
