Traditionally, many people have breakfast with porridge. It is useful, gives a lot of energy and saturates the body with useful microelements. Serving your family members rice porridge with peach and honey for breakfast, you can be sure that the day will start well.
It is necessary
- - milk 1 l;
- - round grain rice 1 tbsp;
- - sugar 1 glass;
- - butter 100 g;
- - eggs 5 pcs;
- - peach;
- - liquid honey, vanilla, cinnamon;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice thoroughly. Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan. Add rice and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until tender. Add butter and salt.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar and, stirring constantly, pour a thin stream into the hot porridge, add vanillin. Turn off the heat and leave the porridge on the stove, covered, for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Wash the peach, peel and cut into wedges. Arrange the porridge on portioned plates. Place the peach wedges on top of the porridge in a serving bowl, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour over the liquid honey. Garnish with a mint sprig if desired.
