Cottage cheese has excellent taste and is the most useful of all fermented milk products. Highly digestible, rich in calcium and phosphorus. And oranges are vitamins (97% vitamin C!). A light dessert can be made from these two healthy foods. An ideal breakfast and delicious treat for children and adults.
  It is necessary
-
- cottage cheese - 800g;
 - large oranges - 4pcs;
 - condensed milk - 4 tablespoons;
 - cream - 400g;
 - cognac - 2 tablespoons;
 - powdered sugar - 4 tablespoons.

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the oranges. To remove the bitterness of the zest and to prevent gastrointestinal infections, pour boiling water over the fruit. Place them on a napkin and let dry.
Step 2
Use oranges to decorate the dessert. Without peeling, slice three oranges into slices or half moons. As you like best.
Step 3
Peel the remaining orange. To remove orange zest, you need a fine grater or a special zest knife, or just a sharp knife. Cut off the tops from the orange. Then remove the orange peel along with the white pulp. Rub the resulting zest on a fine grater.
Step 4
Free the peeled orange from the membranes. Then divide the pulp into slices, sprinkle with cognac and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 5
Whip the cooled cream into a thick cream using a mixer. Whipping time is at least 10 minutes. Go smoothly from starting speed to maximum speed. By the end of the process, reduce the speed and beat for a minute in this mode.
Step 6
Rub the curd through a sieve and add whipped cream and condensed milk. For a creamy mass, whisk all ingredients with a whisk or use a mixer at low speed.
Step 7
Fill the pastry syringe with cottage cheese cream and place it on the orange circles. Garnish the dessert with orange slices and zest.
