It is necessary

  • butter - 2 tablespoons;
  • 4 slices of loaf;
  • zest of 1 lemon;
  • dill greens:
  • mayonnaise - 200 gr.;
  • bananas - 4 pieces;
  • ham - 150 gr.;
  • coconut flakes - 4 tablespoons;
  • dates - 8 pieces;
  • lemon juice.
  • From the dishes you will need a good frying pan, a sharp knife and a grater.

Instructions

Step 1

Take bananas, peel them. Then cut into slices. Pour the sliced bananas with lemon juice so that the slices do not turn black.

Step 2

Then wash and pound the dates. Cut the prepared dates. small pieces.

Cut the ham into strips. Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater.

Step 4

Next, take a loaf and carefully cut the crust from the slices. Cut the resulting slice in half. Then fry the slices in a skillet in vegetable oil on both sides until crisp.

Then take a bowl and place first the chopped bananas, then the dates, and then the ham. Add coconut flakes there (it is best to take a ready-made one, but you can also take a coconut and chop it with a grater), chopped greens and grated zest of one lemon. Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix well.

The salad is ready, serve it with toasted croutons.
