It is necessary
- For three servings:
- - 2 onions;
- - 500 ml of chicken broth;
- - 200 g of green peas;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cream and butter;
- - 1 apple;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wheat flour;
- - 1 teaspoon of curry;
- - a bunch of fresh herbs;
- - ground white pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
First, bring the chicken stock to a boil. Add green peas, cook until tender. Then grind the soup in a blender.
Step 2
Chop the onions, fry in butter. Peel the apple, cut into cubes, add to the onion, simmer for a short time together. Then add flour, mix.
Step 3
Combine the pea soup with the apple and onion mixture. Bring to a boil, cook for ten minutes. Add pepper and salt to taste.
Step 4
