On the eve of the beach season, many people want to lose the excess weight that has accumulated over the winter. But, unfortunately, it is very difficult for lovers of bread and other baked goods. An incredibly simple and quick recipe for making bran cookies can help in this case.

Even an inexperienced housewife can cook low-calorie bran cookies with their own hands - the recipe is so simple.

We need:

- 100g of extruded bran (of any kind, wheat is taken for the recipe);

- 3 egg whites (we do not add yolks due to a decrease in the calorie content of cookies, but if you add them, it will turn out to be no less tasty, only about two hundred extra calories will be added to the recipe);

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil (can be replaced with vegetable oil);

- 1/3 teaspoon of salt;

- sugar to taste (it should be borne in mind that each teaspoon of sugar adds an extra 30 calories to the recipe).

Grind the bran in a coffee grinder or blender to flour.

Beat the whites until a thick foam forms.

Add olive oil, salt and sugar.

Add bran flour.

Leave the resulting dough to swell for half an hour.

Then sculpt cookies of any shape convenient for you (in the recipe it is convenient to bake cookies in the shape of sausages).

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes until tender.

The result is a delicious low-calorie bran biscuit without any chemicals or palm oil.

In our recipe, without taking into account sugar (and, of course, yolks), all cookies turn out to be about 560 calories, and how many pieces of cookies you sculpt from this amount of dough depends only on your imagination. In any case, the output is a low-calorie product containing only useful vitamins and elements.
