- - 500 g of any minced meat (it is better to use mixed)
- - 1 chicken egg
- - 500 g of tomatoes in their own juice or fresh

Step 1
Soak the beans in cold water for several hours. Then boil it until cooked through. When it is cooked, drain the water, remove the beans and cool. Grind in a blender or meat grinder and place in a deep bowl.

Chop the onion with a knife. Place in a preheated skillet and fry until golden brown with a little vegetable oil.

Add the onion to the beans, salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the skins from the tomatoes and grind them in a blender. Add the chicken egg to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Stir the minced meat well and form into small tortillas.
Step 5
Place the filling made from beans on the tortillas and gently form into balls.

Place the balls in a baking dish, cover with chopped tomatoes. Sprinkle with pre-chopped herbs.

Place in a preheated oven and bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
