In foreign films, you can often see how heroes eat sandwiches with peanut butter, or peanut butter. How do you make your own peanut butter? Read in our article!
Making your own peanut butter isn't hard at all. Its base is peanuts, which can be bought at any store. Before cooking, the peanuts need to be prepared: dry in a dry frying pan or in the oven until golden brown, and also remove the brown shell. Some people prefer to leave this shell, because it does not spoil the taste, but due to the high fiber content, it can add benefits, but this oil turns out to be coarser and darker. Nuts should be very fresh, because even one old nut can spoil the taste of the butter.
After the nuts are prepared, grind them in a blender, adding odorless vegetable oil and salt to taste. The finished base should be thick enough, but not crumbly, and the grains in it should be very small - like good medium-ground table salt.
After cooking, peanut butter can be put in a jar that closes tightly and eaten, or you can change the basic recipe by adding liquid honey to taste (this is how you get a sweet paste), or cocoa powder heated in butter with a small amount of granulated sugar (so you can get chocolate peanut butter). This butter is an excellent substitute for purchased chocolate spreads.
