Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds;
  • 1 egg;
  • 260 g ready-made puff pastry;
  • 300 g chicken breast;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 pepper;
  • salt;
  • 150 g fresh champignons;
  • green onions;
  • sunflower oil;
  • cream;
  • dill.

Preparation:

  1. First you need to peel and rinse the onion. Then cut into small cubes. You also need to do with fresh mushrooms.
  2. Then you should prepare a frying pan and pour sunflower oil into it. Put it on the fire and fry the chopped mushrooms and onions. You need to fry until the vegetables are golden.
  3. Then you need to prepare the chicken fillet. It needs to be washed and cut into small pieces. After the mushrooms and onions are ready, chicken pieces should be added to them. Mix everything thoroughly. It is necessary to fry until the chicken changes color and turns white.
  4. In the meantime, you will need to rinse the green onions and dill. Dry and chop finely. Send the greens to the chicken. Pour cream there, salt and pepper. Mix everything well again. It is necessary to continue simmering over low heat until all moisture evaporates. Then you can turn off the heat and cool the filling.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares. Put the filling in the middle of each square.
