You will need:

  • 200 g flour (variety of your choice),
  • 500 ml of milk
  • Eggs 3 pcs,
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • Bulb,
  • Frying oil,
  • Sugar,
  • Salt,
  • Ground pepper.

Preparation:

1) We wash, dry, finely chop 250 grams of mushrooms. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add mushrooms and onions prepared for frying, salt and pepper, cook for fifteen minutes under the lid. Next, remove the lid and cook the mushrooms for another fifteen minutes. We remove, cool.

2) Drive eggs into flour, add cooked sugar, salt, knead well. The kneading dough for pancakes with mushrooms should become elastic and look like a homogeneous mass. Continuing to knead, gradually pour in the milk.

3) We warm up the pan thoroughly and, constantly lubricating it with a culinary brush with oil, bake pancakes. Pancakes ready for a snack, smearing with butter, put in a pile.

4) Put fried mushrooms and onions on each pancake. As you can imagine, the amount of filling for pancakes with mushrooms is up to you. We roll each pancake with mushrooms in a way convenient for you. These can be rolls, envelopes and even bags.
