- - cabbage - 500-600 g;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - salt, pepper, favorite spices - to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
We start cooking with chopping cabbage, by the way, it is better not to take very hard varieties, otherwise you will have to stew for a long time. So, we chop the cabbage, ignoring the stump and veins. Put the chopped vegetable in a bowl and mash it well with our hands until the cabbage gives juice and becomes soft. Then put the cabbage in a saucepan or saucepan, add a little water and a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil, light a slow fire and simmer for about 6 minutes.
Step 2
While the cabbage is stewing, peel the onion and carrots. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater and pour into a pan with heated sunflower oil, fry over low heat. We cut an arbitrary onion, into cubes or half rings, add to the pan to the carrots and fry together for 3-5 minutes. Pour the fried vegetables into a saucepan to the cabbage, continue to simmer them together.
Step 3
Now it was the turn of the mushrooms. We wash them, grind them, if necessary, and fry them in sunflower oil until half cooked. Pour into a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients, mix, add salt, seasonings and tomato paste, and simmer for another quarter of an hour. To prevent the hodgepodge from burning, you can add a little more water.
Cabbage hodgepodge with wild mushrooms is served as an independent dish, but you can supplement it with cutlets or sausage. It can be served immediately after preparation.
Step 4
Mushrooms can be taken fresh or frozen, the latter must first be defrosted. If the forest mushrooms have not refused, you can replace them with champignons, but the dish will turn out to be more bland.
