Canapes are small sandwiches, as they say, "for one bite", the base of which can be fried or fresh bread, biscuits and even bagels and puff pastries. The canapé bread slices are about half or three times the size of a regular piece of bread or loaf. As a rule, a special sandwich fork or skewer is injected into the middle of each canapé. Bread can be cut into squares, rhombuses, rectangles, circles, as long as they are the same size. Then the necessary products are placed on the bread and decorated, for example, with herbs.
