Delicate curd dessert with banana pieces inside. The curd contains a lot of protein. Increases the level of hemoglobin in the blood. The curd dessert turns out to be very tasty and satisfying.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of cottage cheese
- - 500 ml of milk
- - 150 g sour cream
- - 200 granulated sugar
- - 30 g gelatin
- - 1 tsp. vanillin
- - 3 bananas
- - chocolate
Instructions
Step 1
Pour milk into a saucepan, add gelatin and leave to swell the mixture.
Step 2
Put cottage cheese in a blender and beat, then add granulated sugar, vanillin and beat again, about 2-3 minutes. Add sour cream and beat until granulated sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Place a saucepan with milk and gelatin on the stove and cook over low heat until the gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Slice the bananas. Beat the curd mass and pour in a small stream of milk and gelatin, stir until smooth.
Step 5
Pour some of the curd mass into a baking dish, put the bananas on top, again the mass. Also continue all the way to the top of the mold: curd, then bananas. The last layer is curd mass.
Step 6
Cover the mold with plastic foil, put the dessert in a cold place for 7-10 hours. Cover the frozen dessert with a dish and turn over. Remove the mold and garnish the curd dessert with grated chocolate.
