Ingredients

To prepare a delicious curd dessert "Marble" you will need the following products:

  • packaging of biscuits - ordinary, sweet, crumbly;
  • milk (half a glass);
  • food gelatin (40 g);
  • cottage cheese (400 g);
  • sour cream (500 g);
  • cocoa powder (5-6 tablespoons);
  • granulated sugar - 2/3 cup;
  • chocolate bar, chocolates that can be crushed into crumbs.

Cooking process

We break the cookies to a state of large crumbs.

Put gelatin in cold water (half a glass of water). We leave it to swell for 30 minutes. After that, pour milk into the gelatin and heat it on gas, but do not boil it.

Beat the cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar with a whisk, mixer or blender. Add gelatin.

Divide the resulting mass of cottage cheese into 3 parts and lay out in containers.

Pour cocoa into one part of the curd mass and mix slightly with a fork.

Add crushed cookies to the second and mix too.

We leave the third part free, white.

The cooling mold can be lined with foil, but if you use glass or ceramic smooth dishes, you can pour the curd masses without paper.

Pour the curd mass into the container in 2-3 tablespoons, in layers. After that, you need to put the dessert in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

We take out the dessert with a film, or - if there is no film, then immerse the container in hot water for a couple of minutes. We set the dessert on a tray or platter. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and / or leftover biscuits on top.

Dessert is ready. It can be served with tea, coffee. It goes well with dessert salads and drinks.
