Step 1
First you need to thoroughly rinse the veal, pork and roe deer. Then put in one saucepan, pour boiled water and put on fire. Cook for 30 minutes.

Melt the pork fat and knock it down. Cut the lemon into two halves and squeeze the juice into a separate plate.
Step 3
After the meat is boiled, it must be cooled and minced. You need to do this two times.
Step 4
Add fat, raw egg, lemon juice, a few tablespoons of broth, salt, black and white pepper to the resulting minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
The resulting pate is not ready yet. Now we put it in a saucepan and, covering with a lid, cook in a water bath for an hour.
Step 6
After the pate is ready, it must be cooled at room temperature.
