- - horseradish - 10 gr.

- For vegetable canapes:
- - white (wheat) bread - 100 gr.;
- - tomatoes - 2 pcs.;
- - green salad;
- - mayonnaise - 50 gr.;
- - cucumber;
- - olives.
- For canapés with boiled pork:
- - white (wheat) bread - 100 gr.;
- - boiled pork - 60 gr.;
- - ham - 60 gr.;
- - mayonnaise - 30 gr.;
- - cucumber (fresh or pickled) - 1 pc.;
- - sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
- - dill or parsley (herbs).
Instructions
Step 1
Canapes with shrimps.
Cut the avocado into 10 slices. We collect the canapes in the following sequence: bread - avocado - shrimp. Sprinkle everything with lemon juice. We fix it with a skewer or a toothpick.
Step 2
Chicken canapes.
Cut the bread into small slices up to 0.8 mm thick. Lubricate them with a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard. Put pieces of tongue on top, on it - finely chopped chicken or chicken soufflé. Decorate with herbs.
Step 3
Canapes with caviar.
Lubricate the pieces of bread with butter, then lay out the pieces of salmon and herring, on top - a spoonful of caviar. Decorate with herbs.
Step 4
Vegetable canapes.
Lubricate the bread with mayonnaise. Put lettuce leaves on it, then a circle of cucumber and tomato, string an olive on a skewer and fix vegetables to it.
Step 5
Canapes with boiled pork
Put on the bread greased with mayonnaise, thinly chopped baked pork, on top - ham, then - cucumber and pepper. We fasten with skewers and decorate with herbs.
