- Ingredients for 4 persons:
- - 1 kg of pork fillet;
- - head of garlic;
- - 2 bay leaves;
- - half a glass of apple cider vinegar;

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pork into thick plastics, fry until golden brown in a little olive oil. We shift to a dish.
