Preparation:

  1. The first step is to prepare the fish. Trout must be cleaned of bones and entrails, remove all fins and gills. Rinse the trout and pat dry with kitchen napkins.
  2. Wash and chop the green onion feathers, parsley and dill with a large knife.
  3. Take lemons, wash them and squeeze all the juice out of them.
  4. Now you need to prepare the oven by preheating it. To bake fish, you need to set the oven to 200 degrees. Take out the foil and prepare 4 sheets to wrap the fish in. Put a tablespoon of butter in the middle of each sheet of foil (you can cut it into layers). Put the trout on top of the butter.
  5. Open the trout and season the inside with salt and freshly ground pepper. Then pour half a tablespoon of chopped dill, parsley and green onion rings inside each fish. Pour the juice of half a lemon and a tablespoon of white wine over each fish.
  6. Then you need to wrap the foil, making a kind of bag for the fish. The shell of the trout should be airtight to prevent the oil and juice from leaking out. You can even tuck the foil twice.
  7. Put the packages of fish on a baking sheet and bake the dish in the oven. It will take 20 minutes to cook the fish (the bags with the fish should swell).
