Baked trout is a great main course to be served for a festive dinner. Cooking baked trout is very simple, it only takes half an hour.
Ingredients:
- Trout - 1 kg (4 pieces of 250 g each);
- Salt;
- Parsley - 1 bunch;
- Dill -1 bunch;
- Green onion feathers - bunch;
- Butter - 8 tablespoons;
- Lemon - 2 pcs;
- Dry white wine - 4 tablespoons;
- Freshly ground black pepper.
- To serve, you need 8 small potatoes.
Preparation:
- The first step is to prepare the fish. Trout must be cleaned of bones and entrails, remove all fins and gills. Rinse the trout and pat dry with kitchen napkins.
- Wash and chop the green onion feathers, parsley and dill with a large knife.
- Take lemons, wash them and squeeze all the juice out of them.
- Now you need to prepare the oven by preheating it. To bake fish, you need to set the oven to 200 degrees. Take out the foil and prepare 4 sheets to wrap the fish in. Put a tablespoon of butter in the middle of each sheet of foil (you can cut it into layers). Put the trout on top of the butter.
- Open the trout and season the inside with salt and freshly ground pepper. Then pour half a tablespoon of chopped dill, parsley and green onion rings inside each fish. Pour the juice of half a lemon and a tablespoon of white wine over each fish.
- Then you need to wrap the foil, making a kind of bag for the fish. The shell of the trout should be airtight to prevent the oil and juice from leaking out. You can even tuck the foil twice.
- Put the packages of fish on a baking sheet and bake the dish in the oven. It will take 20 minutes to cook the fish (the bags with the fish should swell).
- The finished fish must be served hot in bags, they must be opened carefully so as not to burn yourself.
