Step 1

Take a fish, rinse it well, clean it of scales, remove the head and fins, remove all the insides. Rinse it again under cold running water. Let the water drain, dry the carcass with a paper towel.

Cut the product into portions. Season each one with salt and seasoning. You can take any spices, for example, Italian herbs are perfect for fish. Leave the fish prepared in this way to lie down for about 15-20 minutes.
