Wine is an essential attribute in any celebration. This life-giving drink is divided into several types, both according to the method of preparation, and according to the ingredients included in the composition, the grape variety and the amount of sugar used for its preparation.

Grape wines
Grape wines are red, white or rosé and can be graded as follows:
- If the drink is made from any one type of grape, then such wines are called varietal.
- Sage wines are made from several grape varieties and matured all together in one container, most often in oak.
- Blended wines also consist of several grape varieties. However, the cooking method is strikingly different. In this case, the mixing of species occurs already when the juice fermented and acquired the properties of a semi-finished drink.
Vintage wines
Depending on the time of preparation, the types of wine are vintage and ordinary. Ordinary wines are aged for no more than a year and have a relatively low cost. They can be found most often on the shelves of most stores. These wines are made specifically for mass consumption.
Branded drinks can mature up to 5 years. These wines are highly valued by true gourmets, they are expensive. If the wine has been stored for more than 5 years, subject to all the rules of winemaking, then such drinks become collectible and their cost is directly proportional to the age of the bottle. Collection wines are most often found among French and Chilean brands.
Chilean wines (dry) are famous not only for their taste, but also for the abundance of antioxidants in their chemical composition.
Many factors influence the quality of wine. The area in which the grapes grew has a number of its own distinctive factors. The weather conditions under which this or that variety grew can make the types of wine of the same name completely different in taste.
