- - potato or corn flour - 80 g;

Step 1
The first step is to prepare the applesauce. We peel the apple, both from the seeds and from the peel. Then we put them in a saucepan and pour boiling water, add salt to them, and then cook until they become soft. After cooking, drain all excess water. We take out the apples, send them to a blender to get a homogeneous, so to speak, mashed potatoes, which we further cool and add horseradish to it.
Step 2
With celery, we do this: peel and grate. Then add flour to it, salt, pepper and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Preheat the pan and put 5 small pancakes on it with a tablespoon. They should be fried for 3-4 minutes. Serve, respectively, with apple sauce.
