- -3-4 feathers of green onions;

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the pepper lengthwise, keeping the stalks, remove the seeds, wash, dry. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Cut off the crust from the bread, cut into cubes, dry in a pan without oil. Combine eggs with milk, mix and beat with a whisk.
Step 2
Wash green onions, dry and cut into rings. Set aside a little cheese cubes, combine the rest with fried bread cubes, add a little salt and mix gently. Fill the pepper halves with a mixture of feta cheese and bread cubes. Drizzle with egg filling. Put the remaining cheese cubes on top.
Step 3
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the halves of the peppers on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake for 15 minutes. Put on a plate, garnish with green onions.
