Instructions
Step 1
Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces or oblong slices. Prepare the marinade and let the fillets soak for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
For the marinade, you will need to combine the following ingredients: soy sauce, finely chopped cilantro leaves, lime juice, some water, coriander seeds, salt and black pepper. You can select the proportions of ingredients yourself, depending on your taste preferences.
Step 3
Dip cherry tomatoes in olive oil, dip in chopped garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Whisk the yolk with a little honey, olive oil and mustard. Put the salmon fillet in a baking dish, place the cherry tomatoes with the previously removed skin next to it, brush everything thoroughly with egg yolk. It takes about 20 minutes to bake the dish in the oven.
