- 2 cups of flour,
- 100 grams of butter
- 3 eggs,
- teaspoon (no top) baking soda
- 3/4 cup sugar.
- For filling:
- 5-6 apples
- half a lemon
- one and a half teaspoons of cinnamon,
- a little sugar,
- 50 grams of butter
- 2 tablespoons of crushed peanuts.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour two glasses of flour into a bowl.
Three butter on a grater, add it to the flour and rub it with your hands. Then add sugar and continue to grind until crumbs.
Step 2
Add soda to the pounded dough and mix.
Drive one egg into the dough, mix well each time.
After the third egg, knead the dough. We should have a dense dough in consistency.
Step 3
Divide the dough into two parts, one larger and the other smaller. We wrap each part of the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Step 4
We peel apples from peels and seeds, three on a coarse grater. Add two teaspoons of lemon juice to grated apples, grated zest from half a lemon and cinnamon, mix well.
Step 5
Heat butter in a frying pan, put apples on it, reduce heat and evaporate juice. Once the juice has evaporated, add a little sugar (about 5 teaspoons). We continue to simmer the apples until soft, stir occasionally. Leave the finished apples to cool.
Step 6
We take out most of the dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a circle or square on a baking dish. We transfer the dough into a mold covered with parchment. We distribute all the filling over the dough.
We take out the second part of the dough from the freezer and three of it on a coarse grater on top of the apples. Pour crushed nuts on the grated dough.
Step 7
We bake the cake at 180 degrees for half an hour. Cut the baked pie into portions and serve with aromatic tea.
