Grated pies are an original and delicious delicacy. It is not difficult to prepare, but it brings a lot of pleasure.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- butter or margarine - 240-250 gr
- flour - about 400 gr
- sour cream - 65-70 gr
- sugar - 180-200 gr
- baking powder - 10 gr
- blueberry jam (thick) - about 1-1.5 cups
1. Finely grind the softened margarine with sugar.
2. Then add eggs and sour cream.
3. Mix baking powder with flour and gradually add this mixture to margarine, eggs and sour cream.
4. Put the resulting dough in the refrigerator for about an hour.
5. After an hour, take out 3/4 of the dough (leave 1/4 in the refrigerator for now).
6. Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet, bending the edges up (sides).
7. Spread jam on top of the dough.
8. Rub the remaining piece of dough on a coarse grater on top of the jam (you can just chop finely).
9. The grated pie will be ready in 35-40 minutes if baked at 180 degrees.
10. With fillings, you can fantasize as you like, use fresh fruits and berries or all kinds of preserves and jams.
