  • 350 g minced meat

  • 0, 5 tbsp. grated parmesan
  • 30 g. Plums. oils

Instructions

Step 1

Using a blender, grind the canned food. tomatoes (together with brine) into a paste, after removing the peel from them.

Step 2

Put a small saucepan on the fire, drop a little vegetable oil on the bottom and pour the tomato mass, which was chopped in a blender. Add 2 - 3 glasses of water to it. Heat to a boil and continue heating over low heat.

Step 3

Heat the vegetable oil, being careful not to bring it to a boil, in a large saucepan with a massive bottom. Add minced meat, chopped carrots and pickles, salt and pepper (according to your taste).

Step 4

Continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes, stirring constantly. After that, pour in the wine, stand for another 2 minutes and add the rice, gently leveling it over the surface of the minced meat. Then pour in 2 cups of the hot tomato mixture. Reduce fire.

Step 5

Cook, stirring regularly, until the rice has absorbed the mixture. Add the remaining liquid little by little, waiting for the rice to absorb all of it. When the dish is ready, remove the pan from the heat, add finely chopped herbs, grated Parmesan cheese, green peas and butter. Stir and serve immediately.
