Very easy to prepare, but surprisingly tasty salad with crab sticks and homemade wheat croutons. If desired, you can add some pickled onions to the dish.
It is necessary
- - 200 g crab sticks
- - 2/3 cans of pickled gherkins
- - 3 boiled eggs
- - 1/2 loaf of wheat bread
- - mayonnaise
- - odorless sunflower oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the loaf into small cubes (you do not need to cut off the crusts). Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add bread and fry until golden brown. Transfer the resulting croutones to a separate dish and let them cool for a while.
Step 2
Free the crab sticks from the packaging, cut into medium-sized square pieces, transfer to a deep salad bowl.
Step 3
Peel boiled chicken eggs, chop finely or mash with a fork. Pour the crab sticks into a dish.
Step 4
Remove the gherkins from the marinade, chop and add to the salad bowl to the rest of the food
Step 5
Mix the entire contents of the salad bowl. There is no need to add salt, as there is enough of it in the gherkins.
Step 6
Place a few spoons of Rose Paradise salad on a serving plate, add mayonnaise to taste and sprinkle with a handful of homemade crackers.
Step 7
Stir and serve the salad immediately to keep the croutons from getting wet and crispy. Salad should not be seasoned with mayonnaise in advance.
