It is necessary

  • - 450 g of puff pastry (yeast-free);

  • - 125 g chicken fillet;
  • - 100 g of pineapple;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;

  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper;
  • - 1 PC. fresh cucumber (for decoration);

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the filling for the pies.

Cook wild rice Aquatica TM "Mistral" until cooked, according to the instructions on the package.

Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder or chop very finely and fry lightly in vegetable oil.

Then add finely chopped pineapple, chopped garlic, soy sauce, mix everything well, cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes over low heat.

Then add boiled wild rice, salt to the frying and stir again.

Step 2

Defrost the finished puff yeast-free dough, roll it out and use a round shape to make circles with a diameter of 10 cm.

It is necessary to prepare an even number of circles, in half of which you need to make cuts with a knife. For example, out of 10 circles of dough, for 5 - make cuts.

Put the filling on a circle (without cuts) and cover the top with a circle of cut dough, pinching the edges. Form a pineapple pie.

Step 3

Put the pies on a baking sheet and brush them with egg yolk. Bake in an oven preheated to a temperature of 180-200 ° C for 25-30 minutes until a ruddy color appears. Decorate the pies with a fresh cucumber.
