Ingredients:

  • 200 g butter;
  • 40 g cocoa powder;
  • nuts (walnuts or peanuts) - 100-150 g;
  • 350 g of any shortbread cookie;
  • 6 tbsp granulated sugar;
  • 5 tbsp milk.

Preparation:

  1. There is nothing complicated in the preparation of this cake. So, the first thing you need to do is prepare the cookies. It should be divided into two equal parts. You need to break one part with your hands into pieces of not very large size. The second part must also first be broken into pieces, and then grind into powder with a spoon, or use a blender.
  2. Chop the nuts. This can be done in several ways. So, for example, you can cut them with a sharp knife. Alternatively, you can put the nuts in a sturdy plastic bag. Then a rolling pin is taken and the nuts are crushed with not very strong blows. The second option for chopping nuts is much better because the resulting pieces of nuts are different in size.
  3. Pour cocoa powder and granulated sugar into a separate small bowl. Then these ingredients must be mixed very thoroughly. Then you need to pour cow's milk there and stir well again so that the sugar dissolves completely.
  4. Then the resulting mixture must be placed on a hot stove. Wait until the contents of the container boil, remembering to stir it constantly. After that, the mixture is removed from the stove and cow butter, cut into small pieces in advance, is put into it.
  5. After the butter has melted, the resulting chocolate mass should be thoroughly stirred again. And then you need to pour the prepared nuts into it, as well as all the cookies. Then the mass is mixed again.
  6. As a result, the "dough" for the cake should be viscous, but not too thick. If suddenly it becomes very liquid, then you will need to add some more cookies.
  7. Then the chocolate mass must be placed in a strong plastic bag and the cake must be shaped into a rectangle. Also, for these purposes, you can use foil and give the mass the shape of a sausage (you get a chocolate sausage).
  8. After that, the dessert is placed in the freezer or on the refrigerator shelf to solidify. This cake will be a great treat for a children's party. The main thing is that this dessert is very tasty, and preparation does not take very much time and effort.
