It is necessary
- - 290 g of butter;
- - 560 g of sugar;
- - 280 g sour cream;
- - 5 eggs;
- - 10 g of soda;
- - salt;
- - 430 g flour;
- - 25 g vanilla sugar;
- - 1 orange;
- - 220 g of shelled walnuts;
- - 65 g cocoa;
- - 75 ml of milk.
Instructions
Step 1
Take the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks thoroughly with sugar and melted butter. Add salt and soda to the sour cream, mix and pour it into the yolks, then add sifted flour and vanilla sugar there. How to knead the not very tough dough.
Step 2
Divide the finished dough into three parts. Preheat the oven and bake three cakes from the resulting dough for 20 minutes at a temperature not higher than 180 degrees.

Beat the remaining proteins well until a thick foam is obtained, slowly add sugar, chopped nuts and orange zest to them. To stir thoroughly.

Cool the finished cakes, apply the resulting cream on each of them in an even layer. Put them on top of each other.
