Step 1

Add water to the puree, stir, combine vegetable oil and soda quenched with vinegar, add cherry puree to diluted with water.

Now this is not visible, but after the cake is ready, you will see that the crumb has acquired an interesting slightly greenish tint - this happens as a result of the interaction of soda and the iron contained in the cherry fruits.
