The traditional mule is a very simple and extremely quick bell pepper appetizer. It will become your lifesaver in the event of unexpected guests arriving and will create the perfect combination with any meat dish.
It is necessary
- - 2 pieces of sweet red pepper

- - 0.5 tsp salt
- - 250 g mayonnaise
- - 250 g cheese

Instructions
Step 1
Boil 2 hard boiled eggs. While the eggs are cooling, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, peel and chop the garlic, empty the red peppers from the inside.
Step 2
Rub the cooled eggs on the same grater and mix with cheese. Add black pepper, salt, garlic and chopped dill to the resulting mixture.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients, seasoning them well with mayonnaise.
Step 4
We begin to "unload" the already made filling into the emptied peppers. Do not forget to tamp it.
Step 5
We cut the peppers into rings, as in the attached photo, or you can simply cut into two parts.
