Instructions

Step 1

One of the easiest recipes to cook liver in a double boiler is Spanish stew. Wash the liver, peel the films, cut into small pieces, put in the cooking tray and pour in a little water. Pour wine there and add black peppercorns. Cook in a double boiler for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Simmer them in a skillet or skillet in oil with a little water. Add spices and chopped parsley there, then simmer for another three minutes.

Step 3

Add the liver to the vegetables, pour in the broth in which it was cooked, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and simmer for a few more minutes.

Step 4

Serve garnished with lemon slices.

Step 5

The second way to cook liver with a double boiler is liver pate. Rinse the liver and remove films. Peel the carrots. Place the liver and carrots in a steaming container and cook for about 40 minutes, until the liver is done. Try not to overexpose your liver, or it will become too stiff.

Step 6

Peel the onion, chop finely and fry until golden brown. You can fry the onion along with a small piece of raw liver for a better taste.

Step 7

Hard boil the eggs.

Step 8

Cut the finished liver, then pass through a meat grinder together with carrots, eggs, butter and fried onions.

Step 9

Lightly salt the finished pate, knead well, put in a mold and refrigerate.
