Instructions

Step 1

Dip the chicken breasts into the pan. We add peeled onions and carrots to them. We put on low heat, add spices and cook for about 2 hours. Strain the finished broth and add gelatin to it. Gelatin must be diluted strictly according to the instructions.

Step 2

Cut the onion into half rings, cut the carrots into slices and put them in a jellied dish. Divide the boiled eggs into 2 parts and spread them along the contour of the shape with the yolks up. Cut the chicken breasts into strips or cubes. Gently spread between vegetables and fill with broth.

Step 3

When the broth has cooled down a little, put green peas on top and fill with the rest of the broth. When the jelly is completely solidified, turn the mold over and serve.
