It is necessary
-
- For the test:
- 400 g flour;
- 200 g sugar;
- 200 g butter (margarine);
- 500 g sour cream;
- 10 g baking powder;
- 5 g vanillin.
- For the cream:
- 500 g sour cream;
- 200 g sugar;
- 3 g of cinnamon.
- For decoration:
- 500 g of cookies in the form of sticks (with a width of 1 cm, about 43-45 pieces);
- 300 g strawberries;
- 100 g of grapes;
- 3-4 sprigs of mint.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a small glass (enamel) bowl, pour sugar into it and put butter, preheated to room temperature. Rub them thoroughly until smooth. In small portions, start adding sour cream to the mixture, stirring constantly and breaking the resulting lumps with a spoon. Add vanillin, baking powder and stir again
Step 2
Sift the flour twice to make the dough. Then start adding it to the sour cream with sugar and butter using a small sieve. This procedure will help you avoid clumping. Use a spoon to knead the dough in a glass container until it begins to lag behind the sides of the dish. Then place it on a floured table and continue kneading with your hands. The finished dough should be soft and elastic, not sticking to the table and hands
Step 3
Divide the dough into two equal lumps. Take a baking dish and grease it thoroughly with butter (margarine), put one part of the dough in the prepared baking dish. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Step 4
Remove the finished crust from the oven, remove it from the mold and put it on a dish. Let the mold cool slightly, then grease it with oil again and, placing the second cake inside, put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes. After the allotted time, remove the cake from the oven, remove from the mold and leave to cool on a platter.
Step 5
While the cakes are cooling, apply the cream. In a small container (1-1.5 liters), mix sugar, sour cream and cinnamon. Take a mixer and beat the cream on low speed for 7-8 minutes.
Step 6
Go through the cookies, removing the broken sticks from the total mass. Carefully, so as not to damage the berries, separate the grapes from the branches and rinse them under cold water. Wash strawberries and mint sprigs well. Leave a few strawberries whole, cut the rest into thin slices, disassemble the mint into separate leaves.
Step 7
Spread the cooled cakes on all sides with cream, put them one on top of the other. Then apply a good layer of cream to the sides of your cake and attach the cookies. Spread strawberries and grapes on top, garnish with mint leaves. Put the finished cake in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours.
