It is necessary

  • - 2 chicken thighs,
  • - water - 3 liters,
  • - about 200 grams of pickled cucumbers,
  • - sausages - 2 pieces,
  • - semi-smoked sausage - 100 grams,
  • - 1 carrot,
  • - several onions,
  • - 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • - salt, black pepper and bay leaf,
  • - fresh herbs, lemon and olives.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to boil chicken thighs. To do this, fill them with water and put them on fire. Do not forget to remove the foam from the broth. After the water boils, reduce heat and continue cooking. When the meat is cooked, remove the thighs and leave to cool for a while. The broth does not need to be salted yet, this is done at the end of cooking.

Step 2

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and chop the onion with a knife. Place the vegetables in a separate container and simmer in a little water. Add the tomato paste at the end. Cut pickled cucumbers with a knife into thin circles or into strips. Cut the sausages into slices and the sausage into cubes. Separate the chicken from the bone and cut into pieces.

Step 3

Put vegetables and tomato into hot broth, bring to a boil. Next, add cucumbers, and then add meat products. Now is the time to bring the hodgepodge to readiness. Add paprika, bay leaf and black pepper. Then cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. If necessary, add salt.

Step 4

Cut the lemon and olives into slices. Cut the lemon slices in half. You can serve the hodgepodge with a slice of lemon, olives, fresh herbs and sour cream. As a result, you get a hearty, aromatic soup, which is so nutritious due to meat products that there is no need to add potatoes to it.
