- - 150 g of uncooked smoked ham;
- - 100 g tuna fillet;
- - 2 pickled cucumbers;
- - 2 tbsp. mayonnaise;

- - 4 lettuce leaves;

- - Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Put half a liter of water in a saucepan, add salt and put on fire. Rinse the meat and remove all films and tendons. When the water has boiled, place the meat in it. As soon as the water with the meat has boiled, reduce the heat and stop for 20 minutes. At the end of the time, turn off the stove, put the meat in a dish, and let it cool.

Rinse and dry the fish. Add salt and pepper to the fillets.
Cut the ham and cooled meat into thin slices. Cut across the grain.
