Baked salmon with corn and spices is an exquisite dish that will pleasantly surprise your family with the unusual taste.
It is necessary
- • 4 ears of corn;
- • 1 tbsp. l. coriander seeds;
- • 1 tbsp. l. cumin seeds;
- • 3/4 tsp. ground ginger;
- • 3/4 tsp. turmeric;
- • 1, 2 kg of salmon fillet;
- • 2 pcs. chili pepper;
- • 4 limes;
- • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- • 1/4 cup coriander leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
In a highly preheated skillet, fry the corn for 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Step 2
In another pan, heat the coriander and cumin for 2 minutes, then finely chop with a mortar and pestle. Then add ginger, turmeric and salt.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line the baking sheet with foil in two layers. Put salmon on the foil and rub on one side with a mixture of spices.
Step 4
Separate the corn kernels from the core of the cob, place on top of the salmon fillets, season with finely chopped chili and pour over the lime juice and butter.
Step 5
Cover the top with a sheet of foil, carefully close the edges.
Step 6
Bake for 15 minutes. Leave out of the oven for 5 minutes, then gently transfer the salmon to a platter and serve.
