Meat is a source of protein. Pork allows you to saturate the body not only with proteins, but also with other useful substances. For this recipe, you can take ready-made pork chops or beat off the meat yourself. Note that a loin is best for chops.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 4 pork chops;
- - 9 tbsp. tablespoons of cream of 30% fat content;
- - 2 onions;
- - 8 tbsp. tablespoons of apple cider vinegar;
- - 4 st. tablespoons of olive oil, chopped parsley;
- - a bunch of sage leaves.
Instructions
Step 1
Sprinkle the pork chops with pepper and salt.
Step 2
Heat oil in a heavy saucepan, fry the meat on both sides. Then use tongs to place on a plate.
Step 3
Drain almost all the fat from the saucepan, leave quite a bit, reduce the heat, fry the chopped onions for 4 minutes. Then add vinegar to the onion, wait until the liquid evaporates, do not stop stirring the onion.
Step 4
Now return the meat to the stewpan, pour in half a glass of plain water, cream, add parsley and sage leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes without a lid.
Step 5
Remove the pork from the saucepan and transfer to a clean plate.
Step 6
Cook the sauce further, almost all of the liquid should evaporate. Stir it constantly.
Step 7
Serve ready-made chops with sauce, mashed potatoes and fresh parsley sprigs.
