Unusual rolls will appeal to everyone. An unusual combination of chicken with crabs and mushrooms gives the filling sophistication and tenderness.
It is necessary
- - crabs (2 pcs.);
- - champignons (200 g);
- - chicken fillet (400 g);
- - eggs (2 pcs);
- - corn flour (100 g);
- - black pepper (1/3 tsp);
- - wheat flour (300 g);
- - dry yeast (1 tsp);
- - sugar (1 tbsp. spoon);
- - vegetable oil (50 g).
Instructions
Step 1
Knead the dough: mix wheat flour, yeast, sugar and salt until smooth. By adding a little water, knead the dough. Add vegetable oil and knead well.
Step 2
Place the dough in a deep saucepan and cover with a towel. Let the dough rise twice.
Step 3
While the dough is rising, prepare the filling for the roll: finely chop the chicken fillet, crab meat and mushrooms. We pass everything through a large meat grinder.
Step 4
Add cornmeal, black pepper, salt and beaten eggs to the filling. Mix well.
Step 5
Roll out the dough into thin layers (like for a pizza). Divide the layer into four parts and spread the filling on each piece.
Step 6
Roll the dough into rolls and bake in the oven until tender.
