It is necessary

  • - 400 g of lean meat;
  • - 3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 tsp Sahara;
  • - 2 tsp soy sauce;
  • - 1, 5 tbsp. sunflower oil.
  • Ginger and honey dressing:
  • - 2 tsp paprika;
  • - 2 tsp mild pepper seasoning;
  • - 1, 5 tbsp. clear honey;
  • - 2.5 cm fresh ginger root;
  • - 4 tablespoons rice or apple cider vinegar;
  • - juice of one lime or lemon.
  • Salad:
  • - 1 ripe but firm mango;
  • - 2 ripe but strong plums;
  • - 0, 25 heads of red-headed dishes;
  • - 55 g of watercress leaves;
  • - 0.5 cucumber;
  • - 0.5 red sweet pepper;
  • - 3-4 feathers of green onions;
  • - 45 g fresh mint and coriander;
  • - 2 tbsp. roasted unsalted peanuts.

Instructions

Step 1

Put paprika, pepper seasoning, honey, ginger into a saucepan, pour in vinegar and gradually, stirring, add 250 ml of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and leave on the stove for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat, pour in lime or lemon juice, stir and set aside.

Step 2

Peel the mango and cut into strips. Cut the plums into slices. Chop the cabbage. Cut the cucumber and pepper into thin strips. Chop the green onion feathers, chop the peanuts coarsely with a knife. Combine all salad ingredients except peanuts in a large serving platter.

Step 3

Cut the meat into thin strips. Chop the garlic finely. Place the beef in a bowl, along with the garlic, sugar and soy sauce, and stir. Preheat a non-stick frying pan over high heat, add olive oil. Add the meat and fry, stirring constantly, until golden brown.

Step 4
