Mkhali is a spicy Georgian appetizer that goes well with any dish on the table. Mkhali is prepared not only from beets, but also from any other vegetables (cabbage, spinach, bell peppers, etc.). Traditionally, Georgians use wine vinegar as a dressing, which gives the dish its individuality and unique taste.
