Mkhali is a spicy Georgian appetizer that goes well with any dish on the table. Mkhali is prepared not only from beets, but also from any other vegetables (cabbage, spinach, bell peppers, etc.). - - Boiled beets - 1 kg
- - Garlic - 4 cloves
- - Walnuts - 200 g
- - Greens (basil, cilantro, parsley, dill) - 100 g
- - Mayonnaise - 100 g
- - Spices
- - Salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions
Step 1
Peel the beets and finely grate. Put in a sieve to drain excess water.
Step 2
Grind walnuts with a blender.
Step 3
Finely chop the garlic or grate it on a fine grater.
Step 4
Chop the greens finely, leave a couple of leaves for decoration.
Step 5
Finely chop the onions and fry in a skillet until golden brown.
Step 6
Mix all ingredients in one bowl and season with mayonnaise.

Serve with parsley leaves and garnish with walnuts.
