- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - 1 glass of lentils
- - 1 liter of water
- - olive or vegetable oil
- - 1 head of onion

- - 100 g cream of any fat content

Step 1
Put chopped onion and garlic in a preheated frying pan greased with vegetable or olive oil. While frying, add ground nutmeg, black pepper, basil and thyme to the ingredients. The amount of spices can be selected at your discretion.

Cut the carrots into slices and boil in lightly salted water. While cooking, add lentils to the contents of the pan. Salt all ingredients to taste.
