Cut the pork pulp into small portions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. To make the meat softer and more tender, you can beat it slightly. Heat vegetable oil or melt the fat in a frying pan, fry the pork pieces on both sides until golden brown.

Transfer the fried pork to a patty or any other stewing container, add 2-3 tablespoons there. tomato paste, 500 ml of meat broth. Place the container on low heat and simmer for an hour.

Chop the head of cabbage on a medium grater, chop the onion and carrot. Add all of this to the meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until the cabbage is tender. Do not forget to stir the contents of the patch during the cooking process, otherwise it will burn. You can also use sauerkraut for stewing, but rinse thoroughly before cooking to remove excess salt.

This dish can be served with dumplings. To prepare them, pour milk over the bread. Add 3 tablespoons. semolina, 2 eggs and salt. Leave the mass to swell for 10-15 minutes. After that, take a little mushy mass with a teaspoon and immerse it in boiling water. Do the same with the other dumplings. After they come up, take them out and sprinkle with vegetable or olive oil. Serve the dumplings with the main course.
