Marshmallows are fluffy white pastilles that are often fried over a fire. They are also called marshmallow sweets. Marshmellows under the influence of temperature swell, they are covered with a golden crust on top, inside they become creamy and tender. So this delicacy is perfect as a pie filling!
It is necessary
- - 1 1/2 cups shortbread cookies;
- - 1/3 cup butter;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
- For the filling you need:
- - 24 marshmallows;
- - 2 cups fresh raspberries;
- - 1/3 cup milk;
- - 2/3 cup of cream, 33% fat;
- - food coloring.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the crumbled cookies, sugar and butter in a large container.

Put the mass in a round shape, tamp it to make a crust.

Put the mold in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Put marshmallows in a saucepan, pour milk there. Put on low heat, cook until smooth, not forgetting to stir the mass.
Step 5
Cool the milk-marshmallow mass a little. Then add cream to it. Add dye (this is an optional ingredient, you can cook without dye).
Step 6
Pour half of the mass onto the prepared biscuit crust, pour one glass of raspberries.
Step 7
Pour the remaining half of the milk-marshmallow mixture, sprinkle with raspberries on top.
Step 8
There is no need to bake the cake in the oven - just put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. After that, you can serve dessert for tea or coffee.
