You can make any soufflé for this cake - creamy, apple, and I really love strawberry. You can also distribute it in the cake at your discretion - from above, below or between the cakes.

- For the cake:
- - 3 eggs,
- - 1 cup of sugar,
- - 1 glass of flour,
- - 2 tsp cocoa powder.
- For soufflé:
- - 2 packs of instant gelatin,
- - 400 ml cream,
- - 500 g of strawberries,
- - 80 g of sugar.

Step 1
For the cake, I use the recipe for making charlotte. Beat eggs and sugar, add flour. I bake on a regular baking sheet. I prepare the chocolate cake the same way, but with cocoa powder.
Step 2
Souffle is more complicated, but the taste is worth it. First I make a creamy jelly. I dilute the gelatin in 100 ml of hot water and filter it when it dissolves. Beat the cream with sugar, and then carefully, in a thin stream and without stopping whipping, pour in the gelatin. It turns out a homogeneous mass, which I carefully spread on the cake. I prepare the strawberry soufflé in the same way, only I add strawberries, pounded to gruel, to the mass.
Step 3
The cake can be multi-layered. There are many variations of its structure, the main thing is not to forget to put the cake with the soufflé later in the refrigerator. After 4 hours, I take it out, cut it into cakes and decorate it with chocolate, fruit or coconut. In the season when fresh berries are difficult to get, you can use an orange.
