How to make a puff pastry roll with meat

You will need:

- packaging of puff pastry;

- 600 grams of minced meat;

- one small onion;

- 50 grams of cheese;

- salt and spices (to taste).

Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and defrost it (let sit for about two hours at room temperature). After the dough is thawed, roll it out into a thin layer (roll the dough in one direction only). Peel the onion, rinse and chop it. Mix the minced meat with onions, salt, add seasonings and mix everything thoroughly.

Place the meat filling on the thinly rolled dough (do not forget to leave about five to seven centimeters free from the edges of the dough, this is required so that the roll does not fall apart when twisting).

Sprinkle the filling with grated cheese on top and roll the resulting layer into a tight roll. Pinch the edges of the roll and make punctures with a fork along the entire length of the roll.

Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, put a roll on it and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

Grease the finished roll with butter and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

You will need:

- 500 grams of puff pastry;

- 500 grams of sour apples;

- 50 grams of walnuts;

- 100 grams of sugar;

- a teaspoon of cinnamon;

- a tablespoon of butter.

Rinse the apples, cut into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into medium-sized slices. Melt the butter in a skillet and add apples to it, simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.

Chop the nuts. Remove the pan from heat, add nuts, sugar and cinnamon to the apples, mix everything and let stand under a closed lid for three minutes.

Roll out the puff pastry into a layer, lay out the filling evenly and roll up the roll.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper, place a roll and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Furnace temperature - 180-190 degrees.

Put the finished roll on a flat wide dish, let cool slightly, then cut.

You will need:

- 200 grams of cottage cheese;

- two eggs;

- 100 grams of sugar;

- three tablespoons of semolina.

Mash the eggs with sugar, then beat them with a mixer until fluffy. Add cottage cheese, sugar and semolina to the egg mass, mix everything carefully.

Roll out the dough and cut it in half. Place half of the filling on the first sheet, then cover it with another sheet and lay out the rest of the filling.

Wrap the dough in a roll, place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and bake until cooked in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
