Take strawberries and rinse them well under running water. Prepare powdered sugar from granulated sugar, dilute it with water and brew the syrup. Cool the syrup a little, and then pour it into the strawberries, add condensed milk to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Whip the cream or sour cream, put the prepared mousse into the prepared dish, and decorate it with a bud of whipped sour cream or cream on top.
Step 2
Strawberry cream
Rub 80 grams of strawberries through a sieve and mix them with 20 grams of granulated sugar. Add 150 grams of cream and refrigerate the mixture for 10-15 minutes. Then beat the mixture in a mixer until fluffy.
Step 3
Strawberries with balsamic vinegar
Sprinkle 500 grams of strawberries with two tablespoons of granulated sugar and pour three tablespoons of balsamic vinegar over the mixture. Mix gently. Cover the bowl and leave at room temperature for an hour. Place the bowl briefly in the refrigerator before serving.
Step 4
Strawberry salad
Take one pear, peach, 150 grams of strawberries and 100 grams of cucumbers. Slice the strawberries in half lengthwise and the rest of the ingredients into thin slices. Mix a few strawberries with 100 ml of yogurt. Place the sliced fruit in layers in transparent serving containers and cover with yoghurt sauce.
