An incredibly tender soup will turn out if you add cheese to it. The aroma of processed cheese is unlikely to leave anyone indifferent. The dish is perfect for a hearty lunch.

- - ground beef 500 g;
- - chicken egg 1 pc.;
- - onions 2 pcs.;
- - carrots 1 pc.;
- - processed cheese 3 pcs. 100 g each;
- - potatoes 5-6 pcs.;
- - Bay leaf;
- - greens;
- - ground black pepper;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and husk onions and carrots. Chop the onion finely and finely grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables separately in vegetable oil until golden brown. This will take about 5-6 minutes.
Step 2
Salt and pepper the minced meat. Add 1 egg, half fried onion and stir. Shape the meatballs.
Step 3
Pour water into a saucepan, add fried onions and carrots and bring to a boil. Then put the meatballs in the broth and cook over medium heat.
Step 4
While the soup is cooking, peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Then send to the pan. Season the soup with salt and pepper and add the bay leaf.
Step 5
Cut the processed cheese into small pieces and put in the soup when the potatoes are ready. Mix everything well. Add greens to the soup 1-2 minutes before cooking.
